Spectropop is located on the World Wide Web. The main server for Spectropop web site is in England, the discussion forum servers are located at Yahoo! in the United States. Spectropop Radio stations are programmed by DJ's in United States and Japan, and most of the web site administration is done in Tokyo. Some admin team members have never met in person outside the intenet.

A number of group members contribute essays, label scans and other graphics to the web site, all on a voluntary basis.
